Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, data modeling, governance, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Lead technical solution design and provide architecture guidance to development teams.
- Develop and review Apex, LWC, Visualforce (if required), and integration solutions.
- Design scalable data models, security architecture, and sharing strategies.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Define DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers.
- Provide technical mentorship to developers and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and data architecture.
- Experience with enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and deployment best practices.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred.
- Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning (FSL) is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
