Eligibility

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting

Graduation is Mandatory

Relieving Letter is Mandatory

Immediate Joiners or candidates with 15 days notice period preferred

Responsibilities/Expertise:

- Solid knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Payoff Statement, Hazard and Flood Insurance, Title Commitment, Note, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, and Quit Claim Deed.

- In-depth knowledge of the underwriting review process in 4c’s, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.





- Perform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).

- Ensure that all loans meet lender guidelines.

- Identify discrepancies, compliance issues, or data inconsistencies in document.

Salary Up to 13 LPA CTC (Based on experience and salary it varies)
