Job Description:

The Sales / Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving OEM and 3PL business for Pure Car Carrier (PCC) and RoRo services. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth, and coordination with operations and shipping lines.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with automobile OEMs, distributors, dealerships, and 3PLs
- Promote PCC / RoRo vessel services for vehicle exports and imports
- Prepare commercial proposals, rate cards,



and service presentations
- Achieve assigned revenue and volume targets

Customer & Key Account Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM and logistics customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers related to PCC shipments
- Coordinate shipment planning, forecasts, and volume commitments

Market & Trade Development

- Analyze automotive trade lanes, export/import trends, and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities for long-term contracts with car manufacturers
- Participate in industry events, auto logistics meets, and customer visits

Internal Coordination

- Liaise with operations, port terminal teams, vessel planners, and documentation teams
- Support smooth vehicle loading/unloading and yard planning
- Coordinate with finance for billing, credit control, and contract compliance

Kell Skills & Abilities

- Solid communication and negotiation skills, Customer Oriented mindset with service focus, Goal- driven and result oriented, problem- solving and analytical thinking ability. High sense of responsibility and self motivation.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or Engineering
- MBA / PG Diploma in Logistics or Marketing (preferred)
