Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and generate quality leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop social media calendars and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Create reels, stories, videos, and promotional posts to increase brand awareness.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and build online communities.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics,



and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Robust content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
