Job Title: Collection Executive
Location: Chennai Head office /Hydrabad /Odisha

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Legal/Collection Officer responsible for recovering outstanding payments, conducting field visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients/dealers. The role involves both office-based follow-ups and on-ground recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from clients/dealers
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp
- Perform field visits for payment collection, verification, and issue resolution
- Identify and resolve disputes in coordination with Depot Accountants and the Sales Team
- Collect and deposit cheques and handle cheque bounce follow-ups




- Coordinate with the Legal Team for critical and overdue recovery cases
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
- Conduct KYC and address verification of parties, if required

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
- Basic knowledge of accounting and ledger management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

- Any Graduate
- Relevant experience in collections, recovery, or credit control

Language Requirement:

- Tamil Mandatory
- English proficiency is mandatory for all; Hindi will be an added advantage
