- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide prompt and effective customer support while maintaining service quality.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
