We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager Production to lead manufacturing operations, drive production excellence, and ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in precision manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, or capital equipment industries with proven leadership in managing large production teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 15 to 22 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in production planning, execution, and process optimization.
- Exposure to precision engineering or automation-based manufacturing environments.
- Experience in greenfield projects or production scale-up is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end production operations to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, monitor,



and optimize production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
- Drive productivity, quality, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance standards.
- Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and team development.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and delivery performance.
- Support current product introduction (NPI), production scale-up, and process improvements.
- Drive capacity planning and resource utilization.
- Lead production review meetings and provide MIS reports to management.
- Mentor and develop production managers, engineers, and supervisors.
