Role & responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including presenting and aligning initial service packages with client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of promised services.
- Track client interactions, gather feedback, and proactively improve client experience and retention.
Preferred candidate profile
- Preferring only Male Candidates
- Candidates with a minimum of 9 months of experience (10th and 12th 56% and ug as mandatory)or 2026 graduates(10th and 12th with 65% &college; with 50%) are eligible to apply.
- Must own a bike, Android mobile, and laptop.
