Senior / Lead US IT Recruiter

Base Location: Should be Chennai (Remote or Hybrid)

Shift Timing- 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST

Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for direct clients and implementation partners.
- Manage client relationships, understand hiring priorities, and ensure timely delivery against expectations.
- Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide regular hiring updates.
- Lead a small team of recruiters and mentor junior team members.
- Drive sourcing strategy and ensure quality submissions.
- Manage candidate pipelines and client expectations.
- Ensure SLA adherence and consistent delivery.




- Track team performance and support hiring goals.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full time hiring.
- Experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and requirement gathering.
- Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and team leadership skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
