Key Responsibilities:
- Perform live underwriting for US residential mortgage loans
- Review income, assets, and appraisal documents
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with guidelines
Required Skills:
- Experience in live underwriting (US Residential Mortgage) – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of 4C’s: Credit, Capacity, Capital & Collateral
- Expertise in income, asset & appraisal review
- Valuable analytical and decision-making skills
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (with relevant experience)
- South Indian Candidates, and candidate whoever working in south india only eligible to apply.
Note:
Candidates with US Commercial Mortgage or irrelevant experience are not eligible.
