- Handle customer service requests and vehicle concerns.
- Prepare job cards and provide repair estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
- Update customers on repair progress and delivery status.
- Explain completed work and service charges to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and follow dealership processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in an automotive service environment is an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
- Computer skills and dealership software knowledge preferred.

- Valid LMV driving licence preferred/required.
