Role & responsibilities

Candidate Expectation:

- 10 to 18 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
- Mandatory Big 4/Big 6 experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Grant Thornton, or BDO).
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a finance team.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Financial close and reporting
- Statutory audits
- Financial statements (Ind AS/IFRS)
- Budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and board reporting

- Solid knowledge of:

- GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, Transfer Pricing, FEMA
- Companies Act 2013 and statutory compliance

- Experience with global subsidiary reporting and financial consolidation.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.




- Strong stakeholder management skills with auditors, tax consultants, investors, and senior leadership.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Experience in Private Equity-backed organizations and M&A; integration is an added advantage.

This role requires a hands-on Financial Controller who can independently own financial reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, and lead the finance function end to end.
