Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various industries.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Negotiate salary expectations and ensure alignment between candidate expectations and client budgets.

Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and offer management.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems and reports.

Meet individual and team hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:-

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.





12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.

Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills:-

Consultancy recruitment experience.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
