We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud with robust hands-on expertise in AccelQ/ any other automation tool test automation. The role involves leading end-to-end QA strategy, driving automation excellence, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud programs. The ideal candidate will combine leadership capabilities, deep Salesforce functional understanding, and strong automation expertise to deliver scalable and reliable testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. QA Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual & automation).
• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and QA best practices.
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders and drive quality initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
2. Automation (AccelQ) – Hands-on
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using AccelQ.
• Build reusable automation components (test cases, datasets, reusable flows).
• Drive codeless automation adoption and optimization across teams.
• Lead automation coverage for UI, API, and end-to-end Salesforce flows.
3. Salesforce Sales Cloud Testing
• Validate key Sales Cloud functionalities including:
o Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts
o Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards
• Test business workflows including:
o Opportunity lifecycle and validations
o Approval processes and custom flows
• Perform validation of custom objects, integrations, and business logic.
4. Test Execution & CI/CD Integration




• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado).
• Manage regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
• Analyze automation results and ensure defect tracking & closure.
5. Functional & Technical Testing
• Perform:
o Functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Drive API testing (REST/SOAP) for integrations.
• Validate Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with:
o Business Analysts, Developers, Admins, Architects
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and release cycles.
• Provide status reporting, metrics, and quality dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–12 years of overall QA experience.
• 4+ years in Salesforce testing, preferably Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in AccelQ automation (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of:
o Salesforce Sales Cloud data model & workflows
o Test design techniques and defect lifecycle
• Experience in API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Educational Qualifications

• Exposure to test data management and validation tools (e.g., Valgenesys)
Nice to Have
• Experience with Lightning (LWC) testing
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, AccelQ automation tool, and Validation Testing (Valgenesys). The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts, validating Salesforce functionalities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using AccelQ for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and validation testing for Salesforce features.
• Validate Sales Cloud components such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Execute Validation Testing using Valgenesys for data integrity and compliance.
• Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage.
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Salesforce release management and perform deployment validations.
• Prepare test documentation including test plans, test cases, and automation reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of overall QA experience, with minimum 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
