Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer relationships to ensure timely disbursement of home loans and mortgages.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and verify documents for secured loans.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in housing finance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other secured loan products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers.
