Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell credit cards and loan products.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Handle 200 to 300 calls per day and proactively understand customer needs.
- Communicate effectively in English and preferably additional regional languages.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.
- Accurately fill out customer application forms and perform KYC verification.




- Maintain a professional and neutral tone in all customer interactions.

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.
- Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
- Multilingual communication is a plus.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Initial Salary: 18,000 per month (15000 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Attendance bonus) + Incentives + Overtime Allowances
- After 3 Months (Performance-Based): 19,500 per month (16500 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Attendance bonus)
- After 9 Months (Performance-Based): 2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Promotion

Shift Timings:

- Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)
- Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)

Working Days:

- Initial: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
- Post-Promotion: 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs
