What you will do

- Lead R&D; to design and implement LLM/ML for text extraction, analysis and actionable insights, staying current on LLMs and GenAI.

- Develop, fine-tune, ML/LLM models to match customers/buyers with relevant content, optimizing for accuracy, performance, and domain fit.

- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production, ensuring reliable, scalable integration with existing systems.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to gather requirements, align the roadmap, and deliver measurable business value.

- Communicate results through clear visualizations and reports, mentor junior team members, and promote continuous improvement.

What you ll need





- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in software development.

- 6-8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering solutions in Agile Scrum environments.

- Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Familiarity with AWS ML/LLM tools and best practices for deploying and managing scalable machine learning solutions in the cloud.

- Experience using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, Llama, etc) to deliver business outcomes.

- Experience in Machine learning models and techniques like NLP, BERT, Transformers, Deep learning.

- Stay on top of fast-moving AI/ML models and technologies. Understand and follow disruptive data science solutions. Evangelize recent technologies and drive their adoption.
