Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demand.
- Oversee supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics planning, and transportation coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to order fulfilment, stock levels, and shipping schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in DC (distribution center) or similar role in the Retail/ FMCG/ Fresh industry.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management and logistics planning.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale warehouses with complex inventories.
