AI Architect - Retail

About the Role

We're hiring an AI/ML Architect to design and deliver scalable Agentic AI solutions.

Retail/CPG domain experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect scalable Agentic AI / multi-agent solutions for Retail & CPG use cases (personalization, demand forecasting, supply chain, merchandising)
- Design LLM/RAG pipelines, vector DB architectures, and tool-calling frameworks
- Partner with engineering & product teams to translate business problems into AI architecture
- Ensure production-grade scalability and reliability

Must-Haves

- Solid experience as an AI/ML Architect (hands-on, senior IC)
- Hands-on with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
- Solid grip on LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, Prompt Engineering
- Mandatory: Retail or CPG domain experience
- Cloud-native AI solution design (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Good to Have

- MLOps/LLMOps exposure
- E-commerce / supply chain / merchandising analytics background
