AR Caller US Healthcare

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for a leading US Healthcare organization. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling, Insurance Follow-Up, and End-to-End Denials Management. Candidates should have experience working in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) processes and possess solid communication and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims.
- Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Work on end-to-end Denials Management and Insurance Follow-Up.
- Handle claim status inquiries and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely reimbursement and claim resolution.
- Meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced US Healthcare environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling
Hands-on experience in End-to-End Denials Management is mandatory
Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB)
Good communication and analytical skills
Degree or Diploma is mandatory
