QRole & responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Formulates mid- to long-term strategies for projects that impact the business, plays a key role in selecting tools and technologies to enhance team productivity, and establishes them as internal standards
- Product Expertise: Actively considers customer needs and leverages opinions from product stakeholders to determine appropriate technical solutions for rapidly providing customer value
- Conducts rapid prototyping and initial production implementation within a matter of days, using generative AI (e.g., LLMs) to accelerate the exploration and learning speed of designated products to an optimal state
- Achieves productivity and quality equivalent to or exceeding a traditional 2-Pizza Team (610 members) by leading 48 engineers alongside a suite of AI agents
- Builds effective AI agents and creates an environment where results can be measured by specific business impacts, such as reduction in customer workloads, improvement in sales, contracts, and usage rates, and reduction in incidents and operational risks

Maximization of Quality and Speed

- Collaborates with QA specialists, understands the team's test approach, identifies gaps using quality metrics, and ensures that all quality requirements are met
- Demonstrates that high-quality code enables rapid delivery and cultivates a team culture that values both quality and speed. Additionally, continuously monitors and improves the quality of AI-generated deliverables (code, tests, documents) to ensure they meet production-level standards




- Eliminates manual testing and establishes and operates a quality assurance process centered on AI-driven automated test generation and rigorous code reviews
- Thoroughly implements safe agile development based on predefined "absolute constraints and boundaries" to prevent disruption of existing systems and business workflows

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years of Golang development with a strong focus on concurrent programming (goroutines, channels).
- Proficient in Go programming, with demonstrated expertise in concurrency control, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for large-scale systems.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies, particularly AWS, as well as Docker and Kubernetes for infrastructure management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL databases with proven ability in query optimization for high-performance systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI (or similar tools) and version control with GitHub.
- Adept at troubleshooting and optimizing distributed systems and architectures, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Proven ability to streamline architecture and processes, driving long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Experience with designing and managing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.




- Demonstrated success in leading production releases, managing timelines, ensuring quality, and fostering team collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack for system performance tracking and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native environments, ensuring robust infrastructure protection.
- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ, particularly in event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in continuous integration and automated testing practices, ensuring reliable and efficient deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, especially in microservices architecture for scalable application management.
