- Minimum 1+ year of relevant Cardio Surgery coding experience

Cardio Surgery QA Medical Coder

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant Cardio Surgery Coding/QA experience

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Certified Medical Coder (Mandatory)
- Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Notice Period only
- Last Company Relieving Letter Not Mandatory
- Up to 30% Hike on Current CTC

Key Responsibilities Cardio Surgery Medical Coder

- Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for Cardio Surgery medical records.
- Analyze operative reports, physician documentation, and clinical records.
- Ensure coding accuracy while maintaining productivity targets.
- Identify documentation deficiencies and raise coding queries whenever required.
- Follow client-specific coding guidelines and industry standards.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and data confidentiality.





Key Responsibilities Cardio Surgery QA Medical Coder

- Perform quality audits of coded Cardio Surgery medical records.
- Review coding accuracy and provide feedback to coding teams.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, NCCI edits, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Monitor coding quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for coding errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Support training, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain client-specific quality benchmarks and compliance standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Hands-on experience in Cardio Surgery coding.
- Good understanding of NCCI edits and payer guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to achieve quality and productivity targets.
