About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with knowledge and experience in ISO management systems, auditing, documentation, implementation, and consultancy activities. The selected candidate will support certification, training, and consultancy projects related to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, Information Security, and other management system standards.
Freshers with relevant auditor qualifications as well as experienced auditors and consultants are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Auditing Activities

- Conduct Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, and Certification Audits as assigned.
- Participate in Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, and Recertification audits.
- Prepare audit plans, audit reports, and nonconformity reports.
- Verify corrective actions and audit closure activities.
- Support certification decision-making and technical review processes.

Documentation & Implementation

- Develop and maintain management system documentation.
- Prepare Quality Manuals, Procedures, SOPs, Forms, and Records.
- Support implementation and maintenance of management systems.
- Conduct gap assessments and readiness reviews.
- Assist clients in achieving certification compliance.

Consultancy & Training

- Participate in ISO consultancy projects.
- Conduct awareness programs and auditor training sessions.
- Assist clients in management system implementation.
- Support business development and client relationship activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Management, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates with auditor qualifications may apply.

Professional Qualifications (Preferred)
Internal Auditor Qualification

- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
- ISO 14001 Internal Auditor
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
- Integrated Management System (IMS) Internal Auditor

Lead Auditor Qualification

- IRCA/CQI ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- IRCA/CQI ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
- IRCA/CQI ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- Integrated Management System Lead Auditor

Experience Requirements
Entry Level

- Knowledge of ISO standards.
- Experience in preparing ISO documentation.
- Participation in implementation projects or internal audits is an advantage.





Experienced Candidates
One or more of the following:

- Internal audit experience in QMS, EMS, and OHSMS.
- External audit experience.
- Certification body experience.
- ISO consultancy experience.
- Management system implementation experience.
- Documentation development and maintenance.
- Client handling and project coordination.

Competencies Required

- Strong understanding of management system standards.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and compliance requirements.
- Ability to conduct audits independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates possessing one or more of the following will be given preference:
- IRCA/CQI Lead Auditor qualification
- Experience conducting Internal or External Audits
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- ISO consultancy experience
- Experience in developing management system documentation
- Certification body, inspection body, or training organization experience
- Multi-standard competency and Integrated Management System experience
