Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, working drawings, and construction details.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs, elevations, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Assist in preparing concept designs, layout planning, and space planning.
- Conduct site visits, site measurements, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients during design discussions and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and drawing revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
- Support project documentation, approvals, and submission drawings.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray




- Familiarity with Revit is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or presentation software
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- COA Registration is preferred (Fresh graduates awaiting registration may also apply)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 0–3 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects
- Passion for residential architecture and interior design
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai when required
