vertical mobility solutions. We specialize in passenger elevators, home lifts, goods lifts, hospital elevators,
automobile lifts, modernization, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). We are expanding our sales
team and looking for dynamic professionals passionate about business development and customer
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for elevator installation, modernization, and AMC services.
Identify and develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, interior
designers, developers, industries, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and residential
customers.
Conduct eld visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
¢ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
¢ Prepare quotations, proposals, techno-commercial oers, and negotiate contracts.
¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
¢ Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
¢ Coordinate with engineering, projects, and installation teams for seamless project execution.




¢ Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
¢ Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
¢ Submit weekly sales reports and sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
Desired Candidate Prole
¢ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
¢ 26 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
¢ Experience in elevators, construction, real estate, building materials, HVAC, interiors, electrical, or
related industries will be an added advantage.
¢ Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
¢ Target-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
¢ Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
¢ Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Oce is preferred.

Preferred Locations
¢ Bengaluru: Kannada and English communication preferred. Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is an
added advantage.
¢ Chennai: Tamil and English communication is mandatory.
¢ Tirupati: Telugu and English communication is mandatory.
