Role & responsibilities

Serve as the senior HR leader for Indias GCC and act as a strategic partner to the India Site Head on
organization design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture building.
• Drive the people strategy to support GCC growth, business transformation, and capability aligned to us
technology-led environment, including AI, machine learning, and digital operating models.
• Lead the performance management framework, ensuring transparent goal setting, robust review mechanisms,
leadership accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Build and institutionalize learning and development programs focused on leadership capability, future skills,
change agility, managerial effectiveness, and AI-readiness across the organization.
• Own the talent management agenda, including succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership
development, internal mobility, and retention strategies for critical talent.
• Design and strengthen rewards and recognition programs that reinforce performance, values, collaboration,
innovation, and employee engagement.
