As a Background Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting background checks on candidates and verifying the accuracy of their educational, employment, and personal credentials.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct background verification checks for candidates, including employment history, educational qualifications, certifications, and identity verification.
- Verify the authenticity of documents such as resumes, degree certificates, ID proofs, and other submitted records.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, previous employers, and other relevant sources to validate candidate information.
- Use internal systems and external research tools to gather accurate and updated information.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or red flags, and escalate cases where required.




- Maintain accurate records and update verification status in the system regularly.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of verification processes.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding document requirements, clarifications, or discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive candidate information.
- Stay updated with company policies, verification processes, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility / Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any discipline excluding B.Tech / BE / MCA candidates.
- 6 Months experienced are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
