About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations in a Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing setting. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, ERP transactions, and coordination with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, consumables, and mould spares.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labelling of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP, SAP, Tally, or Excel.
- Perform daily stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic physical stock verification.
- Follow FIFO practices for material issue and inventory management.
- Monitor minimum and reorder stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase team.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure timely material availability.
- Handle rejected materials, material returns, and scrap documentation.
- Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping,



and safety within the stores.
- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, stock ageing, and consumption.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO documentation wherever applicable.
