Knowledge of microservices architecture & distributed systems

Experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

Understanding of application performance tuning

Hands-on experience with:

- OneAgent deployment
- Smartscape topology
- Service flow analysis

Knowledge of:

- Java / .NET / Node.js / Python applications
- Web technologies (HTML, JS, APIs)

Familiarity with:

- Kubernetes / Docker
- Linux & Windows environments

Experience with monitoring tools (optional but useful):

- AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.

Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus

Good-to-Have

Dynatrace certification (Associate / Professional)

Experience in DevOps or SRE environments

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Deploy, configure,



and maintain Dynatrace platform (SaaS/Managed)

Monitor application performance, infrastructure, and user experience

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for performance issues

Configure alerts, dashboards, and custom metrics

Work with development and DevOps teams to ensure application observability

Analyze logs, traces, and metrics for troubleshooting

Implement AI-driven monitoring (Davis AI) features in Dynatrace

Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.)

Automate monitoring setup using APIs and scripts

Ensure system scalability, availability, and performance optimization

Create reports and documentation for stakeholders
