- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualified Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and monitoring processes.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and service orchestration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
