- Training on Medical Billing, AR, Claim Denials & Appeals, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Developing training curriculum, modules, and assessments.
- Hands-on experience with US Healthcare Billing, AR & Denials Management, and billing systems like Epic and Athena.
- Creating workflows for denials (Duplicate, Timely Filing, Prior Authorization, Medical Necessity, etc.).
- Conducting training for current hires and existing employees.
- Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Management teams.
- Minimum 6 years of AR/Denials/RCM experience and 2 year of training experience. CPC/CCS/COC certification is an advantage.
