We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Logistics and Supply Chain professional to lead our operations and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage end-to-end account execution, optimize freight forwarding strategies, and lead a high-performing operations team. The ideal candidate combines solid field logistics experience with an analytical mindset to maximize revenue from existing clients and build robust vendor relationships.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead a team of logistics achievers to meet operational excellence.
- Conduct cost analyses to develop strategic supply chain plans.
- Promote a system approach to improve internal workflow efficiency.
- Manage assigned accounts end-to-end to ensure total client satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities to maximize our share of customer business.
- Organize customer meets and conference calls to identify growth drivers.




- Maintain customer service logs alongside strict safety records.
- Execute operations seamlessly according to international INCO terms.
- Assess shipping methods, routing, and carriers to optimize parameters.
- Oversee shipment documentation and end-to-end cargo tracking.
- Manage field logistics directly to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers to maximize profit margins.
- Manage vendor relationships to secure reliable capacity and service.

Preferred candidate profile

- Industry Experience: Minimum 58 years in Freight Forwarding, Exports, and Warehousing.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing, mentoring, and scaling operational teams.
- On-Ground Operations: Strong hands-on experience in field logistics and warehouse workflows.
