We have urgent Hiring for the position Sales Executive (Plots)

Work Location Manimangalam(Near Mudichur).

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive Plot Sales to lead plot sales activities at our Manimangalam project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate plot sales, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while leading and inspiring the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell residential and commercial plots and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and conduct site visits.
- Explain project details, including location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Lead, guide,



and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for smooth booking and customer handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any Graduate.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Target-oriented with good customer relationship management skills.
