Job Locations: Chennai,Tambaram,ambattur

Position: Branch Sales Manager – Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline

Experience: 2–4 Years in Home Loan / LAP Sales or Similar Financial Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through various channels.

• Develop and expand DSA, connector, broker, and real estate agent networks.

• Acquire new customers and maintain strong business relationships.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Branch teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.

• Ensure smooth documentation and improved TAT.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Participate in sales campaigns and business initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
