- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and platform management.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment automation frameworks.
- Experience working with monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and microservices deployments.
- Proven experience supporting production environments and critical business applications.
- Robust incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.




- Familiarity with DevOps, SRE principles, automation practices, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Experience with configuration management, system reliability, and performance tuning.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to healthcare, enterprise platforms, or regulated environments will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage enterprise AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and approved GenAI platforms for enhanced productivity and delivery effectiveness.
