Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery .
- Handle after-sales support.
- Meet individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Keep displays attractive, organized, and stocked at all times.
- Assist in daily store operations, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure safety and security of the jewellery entrusted in their custody

Preferred candidate profile

- 0 to 5 years of experience in retail sales (experience in the jewellery industry is a must)
- Candidate is experience in other retail, freshers also can apply.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (local language proficiency is essential).




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and customer focus.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
