Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Performing duties for Admissions in the end-to-end admissions process for undergraduate and postgraduate (MBA) programs by coordinating the review of applications, shortlisting candidates for the next round, helping in the coordination of tests/assessments and participating in the interview round with prospective students.
- Contributing to planning and execution of the admissions process both online and offline
- Handling communication and inbound queries from candidates and parents regarding the Admissions process over the phone/email/online sessions.
- Participating and engaging in events hosted for candidates and/or their parents/guardians
- Taking part in outreach events being conducted to promote the university and its offerings.





Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Skills Required:

- The role requires the candidate to have an interest in MBA and learning, general affairs, and in-depth interaction with students.
- Proficiency in handling the CRM and reports creation on Excel, words and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of admissions processes in Indian universities with knowledge of multiple entrance exams and processes of those.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Relationship management and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM/admissions platforms.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including faculty, students, corporates, and alumni.
