Desired Candidate Profile:

- Certification: Certified or Non certified
- Experience :5 - 8 years in Medical Coding
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10, CPT.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Medical Auditors with strong expertise in:

- Anesthesia coding: Audit for accuracy, compliance, and documentation.
- Review anesthesia records and assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and modifier codes.
- Identify coding errors, documentation gaps, and compliance risks.
- Provide feedback and education to coders to improve coding quality.
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, CMS regulations, and industry standards.

or

- E&M; Coding: Review medical documentation to assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes for Evaluation & Management services.
- Should have at least one year of experience in Auditing
