Key requirements:
* 3–6 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition
* Experience hiring frontline roles such as Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, Pest Technicians, etc.
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
* Exposure to Background Verification (BGV) coordination
* Hands-on experience with Workday ATS
* Valuable understanding of US recruitment processes and compliance
