Job Title: Java Microservices Developer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time (as applicable)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Microservices Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Apache Kafka. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native applications while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions).
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize application performance.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy using Kubernetes/EKS.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Architects.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application reliability and scalability.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Positive understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Role & responsibilities
