- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

- Require Mini. 8 years of experience in managing end-to-end global supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations
- Handle international shipments, freight planning, and delivery performance
- Strong background in manufacturing /regulated industry preferred
- Develop and manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Ensure zero stock-outs through effective inventory and demand planning
- Manage RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract finalization
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to prevent production delays
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance requirements
- Optimize logistics and procurement costs through strategic sourcing
- Manage import/export documentation, customs, and HS codes
- Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory levels, and logistics cost
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and reporting dashboards
