Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking.
- Build relationships with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in conversations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in telesales or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Proficiency in making cold calls, generating leads, and meeting sales targets.
