- 5 to 8 years of experience as revenue cycle management [RCM] trainer with excellent
communication and presentation skills to convey complex RCM topic clearly
- Should develop and deliver effective training programs and evaluate trainees progress and provide periodical feedback
- Possess excellent organizational skills to manage training schedules
- Should have the ability to create training materials based on training needs.
