2. Perform Techno. Commercial feasibility studies, Market Report, Technology Evaluation on commercial, legal, business perspective

3. Tech. Transfer & Licensing agreement Maintenances, post licensing royalty tracking and monitoring various agreements in TTO.

4. Experience of working effectively with different stakeholders, confidently influencing them and where appropriate showing tenacity and persistence.

5. Generate monthly dashboards on disclosure pipeline health, patent status, and outreach ROI for review.

Key skills:

Service oriented approach, Proficiency in IPMS/CRM platforms, Excel/Power BI,



and virtual collaboration tools. Curiosity to learn current tech domains, regulatory updates, and best practices in tech transfer.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification and Experience:

Any Graduate degree, preferably with Engineering background or MBA having 2 to 4 years of work experience in (B2B) or IP/Business Development/ Legal firm or Academic Tech. Transfer Office. (TTO Experience desirable). c-RTTP/CLP certified is desirable but not mandatory.

Salary:

Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 65,000/- per month (depending on skill level and experience)
