Qualifications / Skillsets

- Proficiency in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Understanding of and experience with configuring security, testing for reliability and performance tuning on AWS.
- Hands-on experience in defining, enforcing, and governing cloud architecture standards, best practices, design patterns, and compliance frameworks across AWS environments.
- Robust expertise and hands-on experience in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using GITLab tool and practices.
- Hands-on experience in leading cloud migration initiatives, including hybrid cloud architectures, legacy modernization, and workload transitions to AWS.
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience, including mentoring, guiding, and enabling engineering and DevOps teams on cloud and DevOps best practices.
- Proficiency in collaborating with application, security, and network teams to design and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions.




- Strong hands-on experience acting as a technical escalation point for complex production issues, architectural decisions, and critical system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with range of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, EBS, EMP etc.) and container-based architecture
- Development of cloud solutions (Java/.Net/ Python) and server-less computing (eg. AWS Lambda, Step Functions).
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) System security and Cloud network security (VPC, IAM, KMS etc.)
- Design / implementation of DevOps pipelines
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and adaptability. Ability to take discretion and committed sense of customer service are essential
- Hands on Production Experience with AWS observability Service: CloudWatch Alarms, CloudWatch Logs, Cloud Trail, VPC Flow Logs, ECS/EKS Enhanced Monitoring
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
- AWS solution architect certification required
- Experience in handling a team and leading the team technically.
