Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance skilled to lead the Financial Reporting and MIS function. The role is responsible for managing financial statements of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring timely IFRS-based consolidation, supporting statutory audits, and heading the MIS reporting team. The candidate will play a critical role in delivering financial insights to senior leadership and improving reporting processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the FP&A; Team which is responsible for Preparation of MIS Reports to Top Management.
- Manage the financial statements of the groups foreign subsidiaries, including quarterly IFRS consolidation.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of quarterly limited reviews and annual audits.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS/financial reports and forecasts for the company and its subsidiaries using tools such as SAP, Board, and Finalyzer.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring attention
- Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Perform detailed cost allocation analysis across departments and business units.




- Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen reporting processes and adopt new technologies.
- Leverage advanced Excel and financial systems (SAP, Power BI, VBA, Power Query, etc.) to automate and optimize reporting workflows.

Expectations:

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and preparation of financial statements
- Candidate should have Minimum 6Years of post qualifications in CA (Mandatory)
- candidate must have People management exprince

- Experience in statutory audits and financial compliance.

- High proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, multicultural, and global environment.
