Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and own the overall architecture for:
- Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Access Provisioning and Deprovisioning
- Access Reviews and Certifications
- Entitlement Management
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Design end-to-end Microsoft Entra ID Governance solutions aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements.
- Create target-state architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and implementation roadmaps.
- Establish technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for the IAM program.
Integration Architecture
- Design and oversee integrations between:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Active Directory (On-Premises)
- SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central
- JIRA and Service Management Platforms
- Enterprise Applications and SaaS Platforms
