Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Site Lead to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage technical teams, and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.




- Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and technicians.
- Track material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, related engineering discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in site operations, project execution, or technical support roles.
- Robust understanding of technical documentation, project management, and site coordination.
- Experience in handling teams of technicians, engineers, or contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
