We have urgent requirement for our Training team in Hyderabad and Chennai location.

Job description

• Conduct training sessions for current and current sales personnel.

• Conducting Refreshers for all the locations.

• Schedule training plans on a regular basis.

• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

• Design effective training programs.

• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.

• Support and mentor new employees.

• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

• Monitor employee performance and response to training.

• Design quality sales training programs to upsell and cross sell

Requirements and skills

•Proven experience as a trainer or excellent track record.

•Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

•Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.





•Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset

•Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

•Organizational and time management abilities.

•Prepare and design training materials, training plans and deliver process training.

•Develop team skills in areas of customer service, language & communication and track the individual performance to assess the training effectiveness.

•Good written, communication and interpersonal skills.

•Thorough working knowledge in MS Office tools.

•Maintain updated curriculum database and training record.
