Role Requirements

- Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge.
- Experience in managing Invoice on Hold and Exception Queues.
- Proven track record in reducing pending cases and driving queue closure.
- Experience in Procurement Support and handling end-to-end post-PO issuance activities.
- Solid stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Open Positions

1. Exception Queue Specialist





- Manage invoice-on-hold and exception management activities.
- Drive reduction of aged and pending cases.
- Ensure timely resolution of exceptions while meeting SLAs.

2. Purchasing Manager

- Handle end-to-end post-PO issuance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for smooth procurement operations.
- Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and issue resolution.
